Password Help

1. Go to this link and enter your email to receive a Login Link: https://care.mdrevup.com/patients/help

2. The email subject line should be: "Sign in now to RevUp" from our support email: support@mdrevolution.com

3. Then it will prompt you to create a new password and confirm it.*

*Don't close the password prompt or else it will expire, and you will need to back to the Login Link to receive a new email.
